What information do I need to provide to make my reservation?
When you make a reservation at Villa Marie Saint Barth, we will ask you to provide the information below:
- Name and surname
- Postal address
- Mobile phone number
- Name and surname of other participants in the trip.
If a deposit is required, we will also ask you for your credit card details to make the payment.
Can you assure me that I will get the best rate guaranteed?
If you book directly on our hotel's website or contact our call centre on +590 5 90 77 53 03, we guarantee you the best available rate.
What do I have to give to guarantee my reservation?
In order to guarantee your reservation at Villa Marie Saint Barth we will ask you to pay a deposit of 50 or 100% of the total amount of your stay depending on the rate and the period chosen. You can pay this deposit by bank transfer, cheque or credit card (3D secure).
If I have to cancel my booking what are the conditions?
In the case of flexible rates, if you cancel 30 days before the start of your stay, we will refund the full amount of the deposit paid. If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Do I have to pay a tourist tax?
In Saint Barth, the tourist tax is not applied. There is a compulsory tourist tax of 5%. It is not included in the rate and must be paid at the end of the stay.
Is it possible to have communicating or family rooms?

Are the rooms equipped with baby cots?
All room categories in our hotel allow you to add a baby bed. On request, we also offer a baby care service for €30 per day, including: bathrobe, plush, slippers, mattress, bottle warmer, baby bed and bath thermometer.

No extra beds can be added in our bungalows.

All rooms in our hotel have a covered and open terrace or a railing.

What are the arrival and departure times?
At Villa Marie Saint-Barth, arrival is possible from 4pm. Your departure must be made before noon. If you do not respect this time, you will be charged for an extra night.
Is it possible to do a late check-out?
Would you like a late checkout? Subject to availability, we will be happy to offer you one. For this we invite you to approach the reception during your stay to make the request.
Is the reception open 24 hours?

The Francois Plantation restaurant welcomes you at lunchtime from 12pm to 2.30pm, by the pool with a simple and fresh menu.
In the evening, from Provence to the Mediterranean, our chef will take you on a journey with refined dishes. Service from 7pm to 9:30pm.
Do we have to book in advance?
We advise all non-half-board guests and external guests to book in advance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee availability.
Do you have baby chairs?
High chairs are available in the restaurant. Please ask for them.
Do you have a special menu for vegetarians or vegans?
At Francois Plantation we offer many fish dishes, suitable for vegetarians. We do not have any vegan dishes on the menu, however, on request our Chef can cook them.
Do you have an outdoor eating area?
For lunch and dinner you can enjoy the terrace around our swimming pool.
What time does the bar close?
Villa Marie Saint-Barth's bar every day from 11am to midnight with exceptional rums and signature cocktails.
What are the opening hours of the SPA?
The spa is open for treatments from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 8pm, the fitness area from 6am to 9pm. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day.
