Sundays in St Barts, the way they should be

THE LONG LUNCH SOCIETY
On Sundays at Gyp Sea Beach Club
Caribbean soul. Shared tables. Sea breeze. Island rhythms.
Every island has its rituals. Ours now has a name. The Long Lunch Society is the new Sunday gathering at Gyp Sea Beach Club, right on the sand of Saint-Jean Bay: a long, slow Sunday lunch in St Barts where nobody checks the time, tables are made to be shared and the afternoon drifts by to the sound of the waves.
A Sunday lunch, feet in the sand
Come with friends, family or the whole villa. Plates arrive to share, glasses keep clinking and the sea breeze does the rest. From the Raw Bar to the Woodfire BBQ, our menu is made for long tables and even longer conversations. Discover the menu
Island rhythms all afternoon
The soundtrack follows the mood of the day: island rhythms that rise gently as lunch slowly turns into the afternoon.
What to do on a Sunday in St Barts?
Sunday is the island's slowest, sweetest day. Start with a morning swim in Saint-Jean, join The Long Lunch Society at Gyp Sea Beach Club, then stay on the sunbeds and watch the planes glide over the bay. That's a Sunday in St Barts, done right.
