Flexible rates 2025/2026

‍Deposit*: 50% of the total amount of the stay is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation et modification* : Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, in case of modification, cancellation, or no-show, 100% of the amount will be charged.

*Special conditions for the holiday season (from 20.12.2025 to 03.01.2026):
Deposit: 50% of the total amount of the stay is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. A 100% charge applies for any cancellation made less than 60 days before arrival.

Prepaid Rates

Deposit: 100% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation and/or modification: The full prepaid amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Tourist Tax: Themandatory tourist tax of 5% is not included in the rate and is to be paid at the end of the stay. There is no VAT.

‍Parking: complimentary (valet service included).

‍Check-in: The villa is available from 5:00 pm.

‍Check-out: The villa must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest. A penalty equivalent to one night's stay will be applied for any departure after this time.

‍Non-smoking Villas: Please note that all our villas are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged in case of non-compliance.

Pets welcome: €35 per day, excluding food. Pets are allowed in the establishment subject to the following conditions:

• Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and must not be left unattended under any circumstances.
• The customer is fully responsible for their pet during their stay, particularly in the event of damage, noise pollution, or disturbance to other guests or staff.
• Any damage, soiling, or deterioration caused by an animal will be subject to additional charges, including repair or specific cleaning costs if necessary.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, cleaning staff are not allowed to clean the room while the animal is present. Guests must ensure that the animal is absent or under control when the cleaning service comes in.
• The Gyp Sea Team reserves the right to refuse or interrupt the pet's stay in the event of non-compliance with these rules, without this giving rise to any refund.

For the payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the selected rate), if paying by credit card, the amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation, via a secure payment link. Please also note that bank cheques are not accepted as a method of payment.
